Art Instructor

We are currently seeking local artists interested in bringing their artistic perspectives to youth in residential treatment settings and local foster care provider agencies. We hire teaching artists as independent contractors who are experienced and knowledgeable to bring their unique artistic perspective to class. We encourage classes to be youth-led/co-created and will work with you to achieve the goals and interests of your students. 

Trauma-informed knowledge or equivalent experience is desired, but we do provide training. Options may include weekly class commitments, regular monthly events, or subbing opportunities. All placements require a background check and/or onboarding required by our partner agencies. 

Compensation includes onboarding fees, material/supply reimbursement, and competitive hourly rates.
